SENIOR MEALS
Senior Meals are Back
This program provides a nutritious noon meal five days a week at the North Sioux Cty Senior Center (301 Military Road, North Sioux City, SD 57049).
Well balanced, flavorful and nutritious meals are prepared and served on-site weekly at noon.
Senior meals is open to any person 60 years of age or older, plus their spouse of any age. If the senior has any person with disabilities who resides at home (regardless of age) and accompanies an older person, they are eligible.
Reservations must be made via phone call to Lynn at 712-203-0896.
Dine in and carry out options available.
Meals are $7.00 per meal and cash or check payments may be made same day.
Check payments are to be made out to the City of North Sioux City.
Meals are served at noon Monday- Friday.
SIOUXLAND CENTER FOR ACTIVE GENERATIONS
The City of North Sioux City is working with the Siouxland Center for Active Generations to provide activities for our senior population.
The City will pay the cost for a one-year membership to the Siouxland Center for Active Generations. (Membership must be renewed annually at City Hall).
Any resident of North Sioux City age 65 or older who wishes to participate should stop by City Hall at 504 River Drive with a picture ID to have your eligibility verified.
Residents who are current members of the Siouxland Center for Active Generations will have to wait until it is time to renew their membership to participate.

Our building is here to be used! It can be rented for meetings, family gatherings, graduations, birthday parties, flea market extravaganza, and more. The entire building is rented for your event. All events must be smoke and alcohol free, and have no dancing. Dining Area seats up to 80 people.
COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
Community Organizations
The Senior Center is not only the connection point for our Seniors, but home to other organizations. Organizations who utilize our facility are the Two River Legion Post 319, the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post 7690, Boy Scouts/ Cub Scouts, and the Long Term Recovery Group.
