Relocation
North Sioux City is a great destination to stay and play, but it is also a wonderful place to live and work. In our unique community, we are rich with history. We offer five community parks and over six miles of walking and biking trails, and an exceptional school district. We have two rivers and a lake to give our residents year-around fun.
The quality of life in North Sioux City is amongst the very best in the nation. In fact, American City Business Journals has ranked Union County (home of North Sioux City) #2 in South Dakota and in the top 10% nationwide.
By being part of a larger metro area, North Sioux City offers a wide variety of housing and entertainment opportunities. North Sioux City’s greatest advantage is having a “small town atmosphere with big city opportunities.”
North Sioux City
North Sioux City is just 10 minutes from downtown Sioux City. Despite its proximity to a major job market, North Sioux City also boasts the lowest median home values of any city in the top 10, at $98,900. The schools are great, too, with Dakota Valley School District students outperforming the state average on STEP in reading and math, at almost every grade level.
