Royal Canin, a global leader in pet health nutrition, announced a $185m expansion in North Sioux City. The expansion would permit additional production lines and create 149 new full-time jobs in North Sioux City. The North Sioux City Economic Development Corporation, City of North Sioux City, and the South Dakota Governor’s Office of Economic Development assisted with an incentive package to facilitate the expansion.
