North Sioux City has recently acquired 410.26 acres of industrial land to create the River Bend Business Park. The land is zoned industrial and has covenants in place. There are three parcels: Parcel 1 is 128.53 acres, Parcel 2 is 94.93 acres, and Parcel 3 is 186.80 acres. Parcels can be subdivided. 

North Sioux City is in the process of moving a levee to protect the entirety of the park. The anticipated completion of the levee is 2025. Infrastructure development in the park is anticipated in 2025. North Sioux City also intends to bring the park through the SD Certified Ready Site process to ensure the park is shovel-ready.
