The North Sioux City Economic Development Corporation, in collaboration with the City of North Sioux City, recently acquired 410.26 acres to establish the new River Bend Business Park. This new industrial park, located immediately off Interstate 29, will provide prospective businesses with an ideal location which to locate and also provide opportunities for current businesses to grow. When complete, the River Bend Business Park will have a levee surrounding the park and infrastructure into the park.
