Ways To Pay your Utility Bill:

-Pay in Person (No fees for Cash / Check Payments) (3.7% Fee for Credit/Debit Card)

-Drop off Payment at our Dropbox (No processing fee for checks)

-Don’t want to create an account, but want to still pay online? Use Quickpay:  ( (E-Check $1.95 / Credit Card & Debit Card 3.7% Processing Fees Apply)

-Autopay on the Municipal Website– Email Required for Sign Up (E-Check Fee($1.95) and Credit/Debit Card Fee (3.7%).

-Autopay Form: Fill out an ACH form with City Hall for direct ACH which will draft on the 10th of each month. NO PROCESSING FEES

-Check with your bank on Bill Pay



Utility bills are due on the 15th of each month.

A 10% penalty is added on the 16th of the month if bill is left unpaid.

Payments with incurred penalty must be received by the 25th of the month to avoid water shut off.

Failure to pay will result in water shut off on the 26th of the month, fees will apply.

Service will be reconnected only after (Per Ordinance 13.04.230): 

  • Account has been paid in full and there remains no balance.

  • $25 disconnect fee in each instance. 

  • $25 reconnect fee

  • $75 after-hours reconnect fee.

E-Billing Enrollment:
Stay on top of your water bill by enrolling for e-Billing! E-Billing allows you to receive your water bill by email each billing cycle. You can even opt-out of receiving a paper statement. Follow these steps to get your account enrolled for e-Billing:
•Log into or register for our new customer portal:
•Click on “Contact preferences” on the left side of the screen.
•Under the account address where it shows “Sign up for e-billing”, click the email button and then enter and confirm your email address.
•Click “Update.”
Once enrolled, make sure you add the recommended email addresses listed on the enrollment screen to your email contacts list.
Auto Pay Enrollment:
With Auto Pay, you can schedule your own recurring payment each month you have a balance due and give yourself peace of mind that your bill will be paid if the funds are available. Follow these steps to schedule your own Auto Pay:
•Log into or register for our new customer portal:
•Click on “Enroll in auto pay” towards the top-center of the screen.
•Choose the day you want your payment to be scheduled for.
•Securely store your preferred payment method.
•Click “Enroll now”.
Once enrolled you will receive confirmation that your account has been enrolled for Auto Pay.
It is still your responsibility to confirm your payment is made by the due date.
